Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds may be requested for cancellations made within 3 days prior to the scheduled hiking tour. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid proof of purchase or booking confirmation.
We accept returns of merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

 

Refund Process:

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email, phone, or through our website, providing your booking details and reason for cancellation.Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.For the merchandise, once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Cancellation/Return Fees:

Depending on the timing of your cancellation, certain fees may apply as follows:Cancellations made three or more days prior to the scheduled tour may be eligible for a full refund.Cancellations made within 2 days prior to the scheduled tour may incur a cancellation fee.Cancellations made within the day of the scheduled tour may result in the forfeiture of the full booking amount.For the merchandise you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received by us.

 

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain expenses related to your booking, such as permits, equipment rentals, or third-party services, may be non-refundable. These non-refundable items will be clearly communicated to you during the booking process.

 

Exchanges:

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product.
